1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fq99 ("fq99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fq99 website located at fq99.bet and all related services, games, betting markets, promotions and content offered through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using any fq99 service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the fq99 platform.

By accessing fq99.bet, completing the registration process, making a deposit or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. fq99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. 2. Player Eligibility

fq99 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period where eligibility requirements were not met may be voided.

All financial transactions on fq99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fq99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and City Bank. fq99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made through any of these Bangladeshi payment methods. Processing times and limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.

fq99 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements that apply to each offer. The general bonus terms below apply unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time period stated in the specific promotion terms. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically after the stated claim window.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

7. Responsible Gaming

fq99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides all account holders with tools to help manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits and a self-exclusion option. These tools are available at any time directly through the account settings. Self-exclusion, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen by the player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fq99 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one fq99 account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or other technology to access or interact with the fq99 platform in a way not intended for human use.
• Using funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or criminal means to make deposits or place bets on fq99.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with events offered on fq99's betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonuses, betting markets or game mechanics in a way that gives an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

fq99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time if fq99 reasonably suspects that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law. fq99 will notify the affected player where legally permissible. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, fq99 will hold the account balance securely. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, fq99 may forfeit some or all of the balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

A player may close their fq99 account voluntarily at any time by contacting fq99 support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's nominated payment method within a reasonable period, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fq99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the fq99 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if fq99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fq99's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fq99 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components, though fq99 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform stability and security.

11. Amendments to These Terms

fq99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where the changes are material, fq99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by other appropriate means. The updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on fq99.bet. Your continued use of the platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
